2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing Clarity Views with accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and brand.
You are responsible for approving all content created by Clarity Views before it is published on your social media channels.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to social media marketing.
You agree to grant Clarity Views access to your social media accounts to manage your campaigns.

3. Content Ownership

Content created by Clarity Views for your social media campaigns remains our intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the content for the duration of our agreement.
You retain ownership of any existing content you provide to Clarity Views.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay Clarity Views for services rendered according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Payment terms are typically net 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

5. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect for the duration of the agreed-upon contract between you and Clarity Views.
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason, with written notice to the other party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate any of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

Clarity Views makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Views will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to, lost profits, revenue, or data.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any non-public information you provide to us.

9. Governing Law

By placing an order with Clarity Views. (CLARITY VIEWS LTD), you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service weather you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

You will only use the Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Liabilities

Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.

Service

Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the Clarity Views site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy

In CLARITY VIEWS (CLARITY VIEWS LTD). You need to deposit credit or fund before you place or submit your order. We do accept major payment gateway such as VISA/Master Card, Webmoney, Perfectmoney, Wise, Payeer, Bitcoin, Payoneer. You need to sign up, go to add fund page, choose your payment gateway and deposit your credit. After Sucessful payment, your credit will be deposit automatically within 1 min to your account balance.

In CLARITY VIEWS (CLARITY VIEWS LTD). After deposit, if you would like to get refund the remaining balance, you can ask for refund to your payment gateway any time you want. We will refund to your payment gateway within 48-72 hrs. However, getting money to your card or bank depend on your local bank or card company.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Orders placed in Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.You will receive a refund credit to your Clarity Views (CLARITY VIEWS LTD) account if the order is non deliverable

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund, be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. We cannot guarantee refill or refund if the page is no longer available, the page name has been alterd or the account has been removed, Or the original link is no longer active.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.

Payment cards accepted for payment: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR. To pay for the goods by credit card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: credit card. When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:

3. Card validity period
4. Name of the cardholder (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
5. CVC2 / CVV2 code

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to go through the authentication procedure. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, check with the Bank that issued your bank card.
